Before fitness became part of my life, I was overweight, exhausted, and physically breaking down from years in construction.
I remember struggling just to put my boots on.
That was the moment I realized something had to change.
Years of operating heavy equipment, running scrapers, and getting thrown around on job sites had taken a serious toll on my body. My back was constantly in pain, my energy was low, and physically, I wasn’t operating the way I should have been.
So I rebuilt myself.
Not through gimmicks or trends, but through discipline, structure, training, and consistency.
Over time, I built the strength and muscle my body was missing, and the problems that once felt “normal” started disappearing.
That experience changed the way I see fitness completely.
This isn’t about six-pack photos or chasing trends.
It’s about building a body and mindset strong enough to support the life, work, pressure, and responsibility you carry every day.
